 WARRANTY 

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "AWI") warrant their new and overhaul aircraft exhaust and engine mount parts against workmanship defects under conditions of ordinary use and service for a period of one year with unlimited hours of use during this period.  The warranty begins at the time of sale.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been installed improperly subject to misuse and neglect or has been damaged by an accident or other means or to any product which has been altered, mutilated, or repaired outside the authority granted by AWI.  This warranty is transferable and valid on the originally installed aircraft only.  AWI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE WARRANTIES MENTIONED ABOVE.

Any part that is under consideration of a warranty repair must be returned to AWI's Minneapolis facility.  AWI shall be the sole judge of defects in return of products.  No products shall be returned to AWI without a written statement thoroughly describing the nature of the warranty issue and the Serviceability Part Tag (8130-3) and original work order must be returned with the part.   All warranty returned items must be shipped via an Approved AWI carrier using AWI’s shipping account number or no warranty consideration will be allowed for the shipping expenses.  AWI will not be responsible for any labor time involved in the installation or removal of the part under warranty consideration.
